Anna Crowley
Hometown: Dothan, AL
Major: Chemical Engineering

"To me, Chi O is coming home from a long day feeling broken and beaten down and walking into a home of girls filled with love, support, and enthusiasm. I wouldn't trade those relationships for anything."
- Anna Crowley

About Anna (submitted by Theresa):
Anna has been one of my best pals in Chi Omega. We're both from Dothan, but I credit our friendship to Chi O! I've had the joy of living with her going on three years and I wish we had longer. She's a chemical engineering major with a Spanish minor and she co-ops at a pharmaceutical company in Athens, GA AND does research in Auburn AND has a pup named Moe AND still has time to be with friends all with a beautiful smile on her face. Anna is definitely a friend to have and I have been immensely blessed by her adventurous and kind spirit. Thanks for always being you, Anna!

What is your favorite place to eat on campus?
Chick-Fil-A...hands down.

Who inspires you and why?
I really like Ellen DeGeneres because she values kindness above everything else. She believes that despite political views or opinions, at the end of the day what matters most is how we treat one another. I admire how she brings people together through humor.

What made you choose Chi Omega?
The quote, "Chi Omega is not something you become, it's something you've always been," hit me so hard during recruitment week. After all of the stress, loud music, and uncertainty of the week, hearing this quote about Chi O really stressed to me that I had found my home. Chi O didn't want me for my looks or my grades or how I appeared on social media. They wanted me for the weirdness and imperfections that make me who I am.

What is something not many people know about you?
I lived in England for the first three years of my life when I was little and came back to the United States with an authentic British accent. (It was cute).
