"Chi O is a community of women that selflessly enables and encourages one another to live out the Lord's calling for our lives in these four years we call Auburn home; solid, truth-filled encouragement and a refuge of unconditional, Christ-like love is what these sweet women bring to my life."

About Laura Anne (submitted by Julie):
Laura Anne is one of the sweetest friends I have made this past year! She is one of those girls that will always make you feel loved and known when you're around her. She is an incredible listener and radiates the love of Christ in the way she lives her life. Not to mention she is hysterical and always looking for a fun time! If you don't know Laura Anne, get to know her because she's grand!

Do you have any big plans for the summer?
The Lord has some big plans for me this summer! I am working as an intern at my home church. My job is to help plan, prepare, host, and participate in a slew of summer events and trips that bring together our multi-generational church family to go out into our local community and the world as the hands and feet of Jesus Christ. I'll be going on mission trips, teaching Vacation Bible School, being a counselor at church retreats and camps, and simply doing busy work in the church office. I'm excited for what the Lord has to teach me as I serve in ministry this summer!

What is one thing you cannot live without?
There are actually two things I cannot live without- my trusty pink Bible and my daily face moisturizer. My heart's deepest desire is for something that is constant, never-changing, and true; the Word is my safe haven, my hope, and my strength on any day, in any circumstance and it never changes. Now, my moisturizer...I can't say it's my heart's deepest desire to have soft, smooth skin, but hey, 5o-year-old Laura Anne is thanking 18-year-old Laura Anne for making this a priority right now!

What stood out most to you about Chi Omega?
Chi O stood out to me because each girl was unashamedly themselves and genuine and encouraged me to be the same. I felt so comfortable when I walked through the doors because I knew I could be 100 percent me in Chi O!

Why did you choose to come to Auburn?
I chose Auburn for the giddy feeling I get when I drive down College Street and look at Samford Hall, the awe-inspiring bluer than blue skies, the friendly community that it's known for, and the many traditions we have. This combination of things is hard to sum up into one word, but I knew that these things would make Auburn home for me.
